Raymond Winery recognizes that some buyers are concerned with choosing wine for dinner, while some are collecting wines to store in their cellars, and we produce wines to serve both markets. Raymond Winery Napa Valley Reserve Sauvignon Blanc
Very appealing light and aromatic honeydew melon, green apple, and tropical fruit aromas are present in the nose of this wine. The fruit characteristics are duplicated in the mouth along with crisp acidity and herbal notes. The wine finishes with intriguingly subtle toasted oak flavor. A delicate and refreshing white, it will pair with nicely with shellfish, seafood, sharp cheeses, grilled chicken and fish, blue cheeses, and spicy-hot Thai dishes.
Raymond Winery Napa Valley Reserve Chardonnay
Fresh, ripe fruit aromas dominate the aromatic nose of this delicious Chardonnay. Pear, apple and tropical flavors meld with toasted oak and vanilla in the soft, flavorful body of the wine. Raymond Winery Napa Valley Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
Subtle aromas of ripe blackberries and violets are present in the perfumery bouquet of this wine. Showing the briary, dusty notes in the body typical of Rutherford/St. Helena Cabernet it is rich and full in the mouth, with a smooth, flavorful, and intriguing finish. Possessing enough tannin and structure to assure extended cellar aging if desired.
Raymond Winery Napa Valley Reserve Merlot
Possesses a smooth, supple texture with aromas of berry, herbs, and smoky wood. Rich and flavorful on the palate, the finish shows a nice balance of fruit character, black pepper, spice and wood tannins. A definite food wine, it will complement smoked & grilled meats, sausages, roasted pork, baked ham, and red-sauced pastas.
Raymond Winery Napa Valley Reserve Zinfandel
Showing intense berry, spice and peppery characteristics in both the bouquet and body, the wine is lightly tannic, with cherry & cranberry hints. Tobacco and briary elements blend with the spicy berry flavors on the finish. It’s a classic red wine to serve with baby back ribs, grilled tri-tip beef, sausages, spicy pasta dishes, garlic mashed potatoes, and burgers with blue cheese.
Raymond Winery Generations Chardonnay
Intense and full-bodied, exhibiting rich, ripe elements of apple, pear, vanilla and pineapple. Displays creamy butterscotch and caramel notes with spicy, toasted almond and hazelnut flavors in the long finish, due to the barrel fermentation and aging.
Raymond Winery Generations Cabernet Sauvignon
The prevailing aromas of berries, earth, tobacco, currant and plum, carry through to the flavors and long, lingering finish. Full bodied , intense, and complex throughout, with enough tannic structure to guarantee aging potential.
Raymond Winery Amberhill Chardonnay

Showing a nice intensity for a young Merlot, this wine has predominant clove, cherry, and berry characters. Fresh woody aromas carry through the body of the wine into a smooth, flavorful finish. A nice match for smoked fish, BBQ’s meats and hearty pasta.
Raymond Winery Amberhill Cabernet Sauvignon
Dark berry and plum flavors are nicely balanced with oak, spice, tobacco, and green peppercorn aromas in this wine. Moderately full bodied, it shows light tannins and a slight dusty character in the finish. Will pair perfectly with casual meals of pizza, pasta, and grilled beef.
