About Seven Lions Vineyard and Winery

Offering small lots of handcrafted wines, Seven Lions Winery is continuing in the rarely seen Old World Style of Vinification. Unfined and Unfiltered, Seven Lions Wines grace the tables of world class collectors and only the finest restaurants and wine shops. Beginning with the exceptional vineyards in the Russian River valley and surrounding areas, these wines reflect the rich soils and climate of an area world famous for Pinot Noir and Old Vine Zinfandels. Harvested and sorted by hand into small bins, only the best grapes are chosen and used for fermentation. All through the crush, the wine is attended by hand for punch downs and gently walked upon by all of us in our wet suits...ensuring an even and successful fermentation. During, and well after the crush, the wine is kept chilled and sleeps in a specially prepared environment, concentrating the wines, which is a trademark trait of Seven Lions. Handled with care through the bottling and labeling process, it is hand packed and shipped only during specific times of the year, to protect it from heat and trauma, hopefully, arriving safely to your door. All in all, we pay close attention to the traditions that have guided us for a thousand years. The wisdom of this is evident with the experience of opening a bottle of Seven Lions Wine.

Seven Lions Winery Pinot

Blend of several different vineyards, this blend showcases the lush, rich decadent fruit of the Russian River Valley. Black cherry, berry, plum, exotic spice and vanilla, it is smooth from entry to finish.

Seven Lions Winery Zinfandel

This wine has a very unique character. Aromas and flavors of black truffles frambois, leading to vanilla and black cherry. Everlasting flavors, very decadent to the last drop.

Seven Lions Winery Chardonnay

Pale yellow in color this a very fragrant nose of lavendor, spring blossoms and melon. It explodes on your palate with mineral, mustard and apricots. An ever changing and mouth watering wine. If one was blindfolded and served this wine, they would say it's a French Burgundy.

Seven Lions Winery Merlot

Beautiful garnet color, lovely nose, raspberries, candied cherries, chocolate and vanilla spice. Fresh, clean snow, long and lush finish.
