Vinous

Since launching in May 2013, Vinous has become one of the fastest growing wine content websites in the world. Regular features include comprehensive reviews of new releases from the world's major wine regions, vertical tastings and retrospectives, in-depth videos shot on location. Since launching in May 2013 by Antonio Galloni, Vinous has become one of the fastest growing wine content websites in the world.

In November 2014, Vinous announced its acquisition of Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar.

Antonio Galloni

Antonio Galloni’s career as one of the most trusted and respected wine critics in the world spans nearly a decade. In 2004, while a graduate student at MIT, Antonio founded Piedmont Report, the first in-depth, English language journal solely focused on Italian wine. Antonio's success led him to Robert Parker and The Wine Advocate where he became the lead critic and covered the wines of California, Italy, Burgundy and Champagne.

Stephen Tanzer

Stephen was editor and publisher of the critically acclaimed bimonthly International Wine Cellar, an independent journal read by wine professionals and other wine lovers in all 50 states and 34 countries, and the first American wine periodical to be translated into French and Japanese.

Tanzer has also served as Senior Editor and wine columnist for Food & Wine magazine and wrote Food & Wine's Official Wine Guide in 1998 and 1999. Previously, he was the wine columnist for Forbes.

James Suckling

Suckling spent nearly 30 years as Senior Editor and European Bureau Chief of The Wine Spectator, and as European Editor of Cigar Aficionado. On his departure from the magazines, Forbes called the Los Angeles-born writer “one of the world’s most powerful wine critics.”

In late 2010, Suckling launched JamesSuckling.com, a site that evolved from him seeing a need for wine to be communicated in a more modern way.
