Winery
Straw yellow color. A surprising freshness meets with the intense aromas, typical of the Collio. The bouquet opens with notes of lemon zest, linden, yellow roses and jasmine, and then evolves elegantly with sweet sensations, enveloping with freshly baked bread, ripe apple and butter biscuits. In the mouth a large structure is immediately noticed. The acidity of Chardonnay gives the taste a right fragrance, Friulano contributes with its beautiful softness, while Malvasia closes with a marked flavor. Together they create a taste-olfactory sensation of great class and originality, which fully expresses the great quality qualities of the Collio territory.

As such, there is a considerable Germanic influence on the wines of this region, with varietals such as Riesling growing alongside Italian classics such as Pinot Grigio. There are also several interesting lesser known grape varietals processed in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, which gives the region a unique wine culture which the local wine makers are immensely proud of, and which makes the region a fascinating one to explore.
