Bryant Family

California Wine, Napa Valley

About Bryant Family Winery

Don Bryant has made his label synonymous with the prized terrior of Pritchard Hill. His land overlooks Lake Hennessey and St. Helena and Bryant Family is now world-renowned for it's rich, signature style California Cabernet. Optimal microclimate conditions prevail at this vineyard, which receives cooling western winds combined with 60% morning sun and 40% afternoon sun in the summer months. The modern, gravity-fed winery designed by the acclaimed architect Gyo Obata in 2002, aims for total quality control by allowing wine to be kept at all stages of production in the winery and caves until shipped to the customer. This winery operates its own special bottling room with custom-made equipment so that the wine team led by Mark Aubert can bottle wines on the day he judges to be most appropriate. Enologist Michel Rolland has also signed on as consultant.

Bryant Family Cabernet Sauvignon 2004

Rated 96 - A Cabernet tour de force. Rich, opulent, powerful and well-structured. This is packed with ripe, intense currant, spice, blackberry, earth and loam flavors framed by spicy, cedary oak. Ends with a firm wall of tannins, yet the berry and currant flavors push through. Best from 2009 through 2019. 680 cases made. - Wine Spectator
