The most important resource a winery can have is its vineyards and that thought is the guiding force at Chimney Rock Winery in the Napa Valley's Stag's Leap District where even the winemaker views himself as a grower. Chimney Rock Winery is the fulfillment of a lifelong dream of owners Sheldon Hack and Stella Wilson, who spent decades in the soft drink, brewing, restaurant, and luxury hotel businesses on an international scale. Hack's impressive career encompasses many years with Pepsi where he developed the Pepsi market through-out Africa as the founding bottler on the African continent. He was also president of the Pepsi United Bottlers of Los Angeles, Mexico, and Puerto Rico, which then was the largest-volume franchise Pepsi bottler in the world.
