The appearance is tawny and cloudy, with a warm, slightly funky baked apple aroma. The bold palate is lip-smackingly tart, rounding into a baked fruit note that echoes the aroma, landing lightly with a mild cinnamon note. Made with Ruby Red grapefruit, apples, lemon juice, Ceylon cinnamon and maple syrup.
Winery
Ruby red grapefruit balances with apples perfectly: a sweet and tart tizzy. Grapefruit is naturally loaded with vitamins and oh so delicious. Ceylon cinnamon, grown in India, is mildly sweet on the palate and compliments the citrus. Lemon juice rounds the flavor. We purposely created a flavor profile that was low on the glycemic index, utilizing Vermont Grade A maple syrup as our sweetener. Tying all the flavors together is the smoky, earthy essence of maca root, native to the Peruvian Central Andes, grown at extremely high altitudes. This is truly the Yin and the Yang of our vodka line. Unmistakably balanced. Trust us, you want that. Lots of that. Frankly, we like real.
