California- This small batch gin is a celebration of the Gray Whale's yearly12,000-mile migration from the warm lagoons of Baja to the cool waters of the Arctic. Baja citrus, Big Sur juniper, coastal fir trees, fresh mint, umami kombu sea kelp and an almond finish.
