Don't be deceived by the colour into thinking this is a highly floral gin. It's much closer to a typical London dry, but with a delicious, delicate sweetness lurking in the background. The colour is a knockout, whether you drink it deeply purple in a martini or add some tonic and watch it pale to a pink/lilac shade.

A new addition to my favourites, which include Bombay Sapphire, The Botanist, Wire Works, Bluecoat, Sipsmith and Dripping Springs.
