Aged 15 years and distilled from mostly the hybrid Baco grape, Château de Briat Hors d’Age is big, rich, and round brandy brings to mind that chubby guy who is, to everyone’s surprise, an excellent dancer. Aromas of licorice and tobacco smoke, comforting flavors of candied nuts, chocolate, and dried fig, leading to a warm, enveloping finish. (Bas-Armagnac, 44% abv.)
