Baked aromas of chocolate cake, toasted coconut, and plums soaked in maple syrup, pecan pie, and tobacco with a supple, flat, dry light-to-medium body and a warming, appealing, medium-length gingerbread, trail mix with raisins, dried apple, and honeycomb, allspice, and mint finish.
