The NV Crémant du Jura Brut Blanc de Blancs l’Autre is a sparkling wine fermented with natural yeasts from the grapes and kept in contact with the lees for two years. It was bottled without any added sulfur, without dosage, and as their basic crémant, also produced with Chardonnay. It’s still very young with appley aromas and high acidity, even citric; it is quite long and straight, and a clear step up above the regular Crémant. This should evolve nicely in bottle. You don’t feel the absence of sulfur at all.
