87-89 Healthy dark red. Aromas of black raspberry, gunflinty minerality and flowers. Supple, savory and quite dry, offering youthfully linear flavors of dark berries, spices, licorice and herbs. Finishes with a firm tannic spine and good length and lift. Avoids hardness even today but this wine still needs to expand during its final months of élevage.
