The 2023 A Minima is an assemblage of many Alsatian grape varieties mostly from Rosenbourg, which is the highest part of Riquewihr. This is a clear, quite intense but fresh and sustainably structured, very stimulating white that was bottled in January with less than 30 milligrams per liter of total acidity and 12.5% alcohol. Granulate cork. Tasted at the domaine in April 2024.
