Those that do not have the "rapid ship" icon are housed with our supplier and must be transferred to our warehouse before they can be picked up or shipped. This requires 4-6 business days but usually occurs sooner. A beautiful dry white with stacks of ripe pear and yellow apple aromas plus hints of honeycomb and honeysuckle. Spot-on balance of restrained ripeness and spring-like freshness on the juicy palate. Just a touch of tannin deftly supports the clean, long finish. A cuvee of 70% Auxerrois and 30% Pinot Blanc. From organically grown grapes.
