Impeccably balanced, Picq’s 2020 Chablis Dessus la Carrière unwinds in the glass with scents of crisp white peach and linden blossom mingled with oyster shell and freshly baked bread. Medium to full-bodied, seamless and satiny, it’s bright and precise, with a fleshy core of fruit and a long, saline finish.
