The 2023 Pinot Noir Classic was chiefly made in stainless steel, with a small portion of declassified barrels from the estate range. The nose is full of crunchy red cherry aromas, appetizing, fresh and bright. A hint of conifer sets an aromatic highlight. The body is structured, light and utterly drinkable. Give this a little chill and a bottle will just disappear. It is an immensely animating, red-fruited wine of lovely purity.
