• 100% Pinot Noir.
• 60% from the vilage of Comblanchien (just south of Premeaux), 40% from the village of Brochon (just north of Gevrey-Chambertin).
• 0.40 ha parcel in the lieu-dit “La Damoda” in Comblanchien, planted in the 1980s.
• 0.25 ha parcel in the lieu-dit “Queue de Hareng” in Brochon, planted in the 1960s.
• Very shallow limestone soils.
• De-stemmed.
• 10 to 12-day pre-fermentation cold maceration in stainless steel.
• Indigenous yeast.
• Aged in barrel (25% new) for 18 months.
