Wine Spectator

A vibrant style, with tarragon and thyme notes leading off, followed by yellow plum, yuzu and jasmine elements that stream through. A light quinine echo extends the finish prettily. Drink now through 2028. 7,200 cases made, 400 cases imported.

James Suckling

This crisp and tropical white has aromas of guavas, grapefruit and lemongrass. It’s medium-bodied, tangy and refreshing, with a creamy finish. Sauvignon blanc. Delicious now.

Winery Notes

Clear, brilliant color, with a nice pale yellow hue and some silver highlights. The nose is expressive, fresh, very aromatic, marked by notes of white fruit (peach, nectarine, pear) and slightly lemony accents. On the palate, it is a wine with a structure, a good balance with nice freshness. Notes of white fruit, but also of citrus (lemon) dominate the palate. The oak is well Integrated with good length. It will be a pleasure to drink as an aperitif, with grilled salmon, pork loin or aged cheeses.
