Long Term Pre-arrival Definition: Ordering wine directly through us from our supplier partners in Europe in advance of the item’s physical arrival in the US.
Long Term Pre-arrival sales ensure you’re getting the best possible price and that you have also secured the product before it hits the normal retail supply chain. The lead time for Pre-arrival goods is generally 4–8 months, sometimes longer based on supply chain and the logistics of transporting goods overseas. The expectation, from our team, is to communicate to the customer the location of their purchase every step of the way.
This product is offered as a full case purchase option, minimum order quantities may be applicable. When available, multiple case options will be presented. If you are purchasing a Pre-Arrival item you must order a solid case.
Rapid Ship
Items listed as "rapid ship" are in stock and available for immediate pickup or shipment. Those that do not have the "rapid ship" icon are housed with our supplier and must be transferred to our warehouse before they can be picked up or shipped. This requires 4-6 business days but usually occurs sooner. Some products will list both options of availability as there will be a certain number in stock, with the option to order additional bottles to be transferred from the supplier.

The 2024 Arantei is a single-vineyard Albariño from the 26 hectares of 38-year-old vines planted in pergola on alluvial soils from the Miño River with clay. These soils deliver fruit-driven and balanced wines. It fermented with indigenous yeasts, and 20% of the wine matured in oak, 600-liter barrels and 1,200 and 2,000-liter foudres for six months. it has a more developed nose, like the wine had a longer élevage, with notes of mature Albariño. The oak is subtle, and there’s only a faint creaminess in the palate, making it a bit more unctuous, reflecting soils with more clay, which give it more volume and a more hedonistic profile but with freshness and vibrancy. It comes in at 12.5% alcohol with a pH of 3.2 and 7.3 grams of acidity. 25,890 bottles produced. It was bottled in June 2025.
The pale skinned grapes of the Albarino varietal have been grown in and around Spain and Portugal for almost a thousand years, where they are highly enjoyed and prized by the locals for their distinctive aroma, and sharp, tart acidity levels. Over the past century, their influence has spread to the New World, and many vineyards keen to emulate the white wines of Spain have had considerable success with this varietal. The light bodied wines which are produced from the Albarino grapes have wonderfully aromatic properties, and carry ripe flavors of soft summer fruits, apricot and peach, with a mild and pleasantly bitter after taste brought on by their thick skins. Because of their acidic nature, they are a fantastic match for many Spanish foods, and are best served chilled on a hot day.

The northern Spanish wine region of Galicia is a fascinating one indeed, and is most definitely a wine region to keep your eye on today and in the near future. Once an important center of viticulture and wine trade, Galicia suffered from a huge and devastating economic depression in the 19th century, leaving many of the vineyards untended and useless. However, the 20th century saw various organizations pour money into Galician wine making, thus rebooting the wine industry of this relative wet and windy region on the Atlantic coast. Today, the region is being celebrated for its superb and flavorful blended white wines, made from native grape varietals such as Albarino and Caino Blanca, and is continuing to rebuild itself and regain former glories.

Nose: Complex nose, mineral, fruity, floral, full of fresh herbs and citrus notes in pleasant harmony.
Palate: Intense mouth full of fruit, with good acidity rounded by the creaminess of its aging on lees. Long and persistent, with a finish full of freshness.
