The 2025 Côtes de Provence Rosé Les Hauts du Luc opens with a wallop of expressive, aromatic, very ripe peach fruit then quickly disappears on the palate. It’s straightforward and nicely balanced, but as with many 2025 Provençal Rosés, Les Hauts du Luc is a touch soft-spoken.
