The 2010 Volnay Mitans reveals lovely sweetness and inner perfume to match its round, expressive fruit. The Mitans has a sense of poise that is quite promising, along with a touch more depth and fleshiness than the Aussy. Silky tannins frame the suave finish. Anticipated maturity: 2016-2030.
