The NV Oloroso Catón is a Pedro Ximénez from Montilla-Moriles and was aged 20 years. Complex aromas of oxidative aging, dried fruit, toasted almond and antique wood lead to a dry, intense palate with smooth texture and nutty length. This is a delicate yet powerful oloroso with great flavor. Tasted lot 4347.
