Appearance: Pale gold hue with greenish tints. Fine, elegant bubbles.
Nose: Expressive and complex nose with hints of yellow fleshed fruit and delicate spices. On a second nose the wine opens with a lightly toasted aroma and touches of praline and lime blossom finely lemon.
Palate: Broad on entry to the palate with a lovely creamy mousse. Chiselled and savoury on the mid-palate. Lovely persistence with delicately smoky and spicy notes.
