A more elegant and slightly cooler nose reflects notes of white orchard fruit, wet stone,
carnation and a hint of crushed fennel. Once again the middle weight flavors possess a really lovely texture while exuding an almost bracing minerality on the lightly citrusy finale. This is lovely and worth checking out.
