Long Term Pre-arrival Definition: Ordering wine directly through us from our supplier partners in Europe in advance of the item’s physical arrival in the US.
Long Term Pre-arrival sales ensure you’re getting the best possible price and that you have also secured the product before it hits the normal retail supply chain. The lead time for Pre-arrival goods is generally 4–8 months, sometimes longer based on supply chain and the logistics of transporting goods overseas. The expectation, from our team, is to communicate to the customer the location of their purchase every step of the way.
This product is offered as a full case purchase option, minimum order quantities may be applicable. When available, multiple case options will be presented. If you are purchasing a Pre-Arrival item you must order a solid case.
Rapid Ship
Items listed as "rapid ship" are in stock and available for immediate pickup or shipment. Those that do not have the "rapid ship" icon are housed with our supplier and must be transferred to our warehouse before they can be picked up or shipped. This requires 4-6 business days but usually occurs sooner. Some products will list both options of availability as there will be a certain number in stock, with the option to order additional bottles to be transferred from the supplier.

A blend of 84% Cabernet Sauvignon and 16% Petit Verdot, with grapes sourced from the estate and neighbouring York Creek Vineyards. Each vineyard block was aged separately for 22 months in 70% new French oak before bottling. This wine is utterly alluring, with vibrant aromas of blue fruit, violets, blackberry, and fresh cedar leaping from the glass. Full-bodied, it offers fantastic mid-palate richness, showcasing pure black fruit interwoven with ironstone minerality. The tannins are perfectly ripe, firm, and powerful, exhibiting mountain grit with a velvety edge. The long, lavishly scented finish features notes of espresso bean, wild herbs, and a fragrant blend of sage, rosemary, and thyme. A truly wonderful and delectable wine, particularly impressive in this challenging vintage.
By far and away the most recognized and widely grown red wine grape varietal in the world is the Cabernet Sauvignon. First cultivated in the 18th century in France, this wonderful cross of Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc grapes has long since been the most important varietal for red wines across the globe. Oregon, Washington State and New York have all developed sophisticated and technologically advanced wine cultures of their own, and the output of U.S wineries is increasing each year as more and more people are converted to their produce.

A blend of 88% Cabernet Sauvignon and 12% Petit Verdot, the 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon Spring Mountain District showcases dark fruit tones—a blend of black cherries and cassis, plus hints of dark chocolate and dried fruit. It's full-bodied, framed by softly dusty tannins on the lingering finish.
Winery Notes
Fresh blackberry, anise and mocha are the first things apparent on the nose followed by cola, acai berry and menthol. This is a silky lush wine with layers of dark chocolate, cedar and freshly ground coffee. The tannins are chiefly present, being round pleasing chalky tannins with firm mountain acid balancing them out. The finish is chocolate covered plum. This powerhouse Cabernet is already showing well and will develop even more complexity over the next 10-12 years.
