Long-term Pre-arrival Items
Long Term Pre-arrival Definition: Ordering wine directly through us from our supplier partners in Europe in advance of the item’s physical arrival in the US.
Long Term Pre-arrival sales ensure you’re getting the best possible price and that you have also secured the product before it hits the normal retail supply chain. The lead time for Pre-arrival goods is generally 4–8 months, sometimes longer based on supply chain and the logistics of transporting goods overseas. The expectation, from our team, is to communicate to the customer the location of their purchase every step of the way.
This product is offered as a full case purchase option, minimum order quantities may be applicable. When available, multiple case options will be presented. If you are purchasing a Pre-Arrival item you must order a solid case.

Aromas of limes, green apples, umami, salt and seashells with some granite undertones. Medium-bodied with bright acidity and a firm palate. Lots of energy. Flinty at the end. Drink now.
The pale skinned grapes of the Albarino varietal have been grown in and around Spain and Portugal for almost a thousand years, where they are highly enjoyed and prized by the locals for their distinctive aroma, and sharp, tart acidity levels. Over the past century, their influence has spread to the New World, and many vineyards keen to emulate the white wines of Spain have had considerable success with this varietal. The light bodied wines which are produced from the Albarino grapes have wonderfully aromatic properties, and carry ripe flavors of soft summer fruits, apricot and peach, with a mild and pleasantly bitter after taste brought on by their thick skins. Because of their acidic nature, they are a fantastic match for many Spanish foods, and are best served chilled on a hot day.

Wine Enthusiast
Albariño has adapted well to Uruguay’s coastal climate and this wine shows its potential. It starts with delicate aromas of lime and a dash of white pepper. Vigorous acidity provides support to a nice mix of stone fruit, orange, grapefruit and lime flavors that fade slowly into a lingering finish.

Wine Spectator
A slightly richer style for Albariño, with tropical notes of pineapple and papaya joining the round palate alongside a chamomile detail. Honey and spice notes fold in, showing just enough acidity to let the finish play out.
Winery Notes
Of a very elegant pale yellow this Albariño has a fresh and vibrant nose that reminds us of tropical fruit with subtle citrus and floral notes. In the mouth, we find a round and fresh body with a saline and mineral combination that provide a marked notion of terroir.
