The 2022 D-12, a 100% Tempranillo from Rioja, was aged 12 months in new American and French oak. Oak spice leads the nose, joined by violet and ripe plum. On the palate, it is dry and juicy, with lightly gripping tannins and a finish of black fruit and wood. It nods to modern styling while remaining rooted in Rioja’s traditional framework.
