The pale salmon-pink colored 2025 Los Conejos Malditos Rosado was produced with the saignée from Cencibel grapes and has a subtle nose of dry roses and is faintly reductive. It’s young and tender, with contained ripeness and alcohol (12.5), coming through as clean and easy to drink. 20,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in December 2025.
