Winery Notes

We started by making the Río Madre wine, a single variety using the Graciano. So, we chose those plots with the best ripening conditions. Once the grapes are in the tank, they undergo alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature (20ºC to 25ºC) and the subsequent malolactic fermentation. This wine shows us the most jovial, tasty and fruity side of the variety, but with the contained power that characterises the Graciano.
