Long-term Pre-arrival Items
Long Term Pre-arrival Definition: Ordering wine directly through us from our supplier partners in Europe in advance of the item’s physical arrival in the US.
Long Term Pre-arrival sales ensure you’re getting the best possible price and that you have also secured the product before it hits the normal retail supply chain. The lead time for Pre-arrival goods is generally 4–8 months, sometimes longer based on supply chain and the logistics of transporting goods overseas. The expectation, from our team, is to communicate to the customer the location of their purchase every step of the way.
This product is offered as a full case purchase option, minimum order quantities may be applicable. When available, multiple case options will be presented. If you are purchasing a Pre-Arrival item you must order a solid case.
Rapid Ship
Items listed as "rapid ship" are in stock and available for immediate pickup or shipment. Those that do not have the "rapid ship" icon are housed with our supplier and must be transferred to our warehouse before they can be picked up or shipped. This requires 4-6 business days but usually occurs sooner. Some products will list both options of availability as there will be a certain number in stock, with the option to order additional bottles to be transferred from the supplier.

Dark brambles on the nose. Great intensity and sculpted fruit here, this has some dark fruits and definite liquorice aspects to the palate but feels really precise and controlled. It’s smooth with soft tannins and good presence until the end. Also has great freshness and cooling mint cordial tang on the finish. I love it.

The 2019 Beaumont has a delineated, fresh, cedar and pencil lead infused bouquet, lifted black fruit, light tobacco scents that emerge with time. The palate is medium-bodied with slightly brusque tannins on the entry, but I appreciate the edginess and tension of this wine and the grip it exerts on the finish. Worth seeking out. Tasted blind at the Southwold annual tasting.

The 2019 Beaumont has turned out very well, wafting from the glass with aromas of sweet berry fruit, pencil shavings and loamy soil. Medium to full-bodied, supple and enveloping, with a fleshy core of fruit, lively acids and melting tannins, it's charming and nicely balanced. It's the finest wine from this large château that I can remember tasting.

Black cherries, plums, Asian spices, and sandalwood notes all emerge from the 2019 Château Beaumont, a nicely concentrated, medium to full-bodied Haut-Médoc with good depth of fruit and juicy acidity. This château always makes a solid wine, and the 2019 is no exception.

Rated 90 - The 2019 Beaumont has a medium to deep garnet-purple color. It needs a little swirling to bring out notes of warm cassis, black cherries, and mulberries, followed by suggestions of forest floor, tapenade, and fragrant earth. The medium-bodied palate is coated with youthful black berry flavors, with a firm, grainy texture and a refreshing lift on the finish. - The Wine Independent
