Excellent depth, with aromas of smoke, berries, dark plums, wet earth and some fine spices and chocolate. Medium- to full-bodied with juicy fruit, fine-grained tannins and a long, tightly wound finish. 90% merlot and 10% cabernet franc. Drinkable now, but better in one more year.
