The 2022 Meursault Les Perrières 1er Cru is slightly more reductive on the nose compared to its peers, but it opens in the glass with just a light fumé scent, combined with white flowers and lanolin. The palate is very well balanced with melon, green apple and (again) that lovely oyster shell note on the precise and sustained finish. Excellent. Bottled under Diam 10 Origine. Tasted blind at the annual Burgfest tasting.
