The 2021 de Pez has turned out well. It offers up a classic Saint-Estèphe profile of dried herbs, flowers, mint, scorched earth and dark, red-toned fruit. Medium in body yet quite deep, the 2021 possesses fine depth and tons of character. It’s a terrific achievement in this challenging year.
