Sappy, concentrated and smoky on the palate, offering densely packed raspberry, tangerine and buttered toast flavors and a repeating vanilla note. Blind, I'd have guessed that this was a serious white Burgundy. Shows outstanding energy and mineral lift on the very long, supple finish, which echoes the floral and smoke notes.
