Bulk Discounts

40-year-old vines produce a white Bordeaux of fruit purity and aromatic complexity. Fermented in stainless steel, this is a delicate, fresh effort perfect as an aperitif or with seafood. __________ Made with over 90% Sauvignon Blanc. The balance – around 6 to 7% – is old vine Semillon with some Muscadelle mixed up in the vineyard (ancient field blend style). Vinification: Total destemming. The Bordeaux Blanc grapes undergo a prefermentation, cool skin maceration before pneumatic pressing and overnight clarificartion. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of below 20°C in stainless steel vats. No malolactic and early bottling to preserve freshness. The average age of the vines is 40 years old. The soil is sand with some gravel on the plateau and on the eastern slopes.
