Classic Pauillac aromas of cassis, berries and touches of graphite, olives and spices. The tannins are open-grained with juicy berry fruit and a nice, fluid center palate before a long but slightly chewy finish. 80% cabernet sauvignon and 20% merlot. This is starting to open up and is approachable now despite the slightly sturdy tannins. Best after 2026. From a vertical tasting at the winery.
