Fleshy fruit on the attack surrounded by clear spice notes, black pepper, saffron and cinnamon, slightly drying on the finish. You can begin to drink this, although it will age comfortably for another decade. The terroir with its limestone austerity and juice is becoming clearer at 10 years old than when this wine was young. Drinking Window 2021 – 2034.
