The palate shimmers with expressive citrus and mineral layers, framed by fantastic tension and a satiny texture, finishing very long. Residual sugar around 130 g/l.

Despite a touch of volatile acidity, it’s perfectly balanced with superb notes of pineapple in the finish. This is a blend of 71% Sémillon, 28% Sauvignon Blanc and 1% Muscadelle.
