This wine is a true expression of cool-climate Cabernet with all the varietals notes leaping out of the glass without the oppressive levels of alcohol and oak. On the palate, it demonstrate the grape’s character from start to finish; nice mid-palate tannic grip and mouth filling dark fruit flavors, followed but subtle notes of cedar, tobacco and leather.
