A triumph from Connacht, a relatively young distillery in County Mayo, this is the first whiskey off their stills, matured for four years in bourbon and oloroso sherry casks. Look for aromas of white flowers, fresh pear and hay, accompanied by a light, gently sweet palate. Vanilla wafer and gingersnap lead into a nutmeg-accented finish.
