From four parcels, totaling 2.6 hectares: Au Près, Fixey, Clos du Villages, and Sorgentière. Fully destemmed. Both fermentations are completed in cement; the wine is then aged for 12 months in barrel (no new oak). Total élèvage is 18 months.
