87-89 The 2020 Marsannay Les Grasses Têtes has more delineation and finesse on the nose compared to the Les Boivins. The palate is ripe and fleshy, maybe just missing a little tension, though there is plenty of substance here, precocious blackberry and blueberry fruit, just pulling up a tad short on the finish though. Not bad overall.

The nose is very pleasant with notes of roasted meat and violet petal. The palate is fresh and pure with a minerality that is complemented by a lovely fruitiness.
