89-91 The 2021 Gevrey-Chambertin Mes Cinq Terroirs wafts from the glass with aromas of dark berries, plums, sweet spices, licorice and loamy soil. Medium to full-bodied, fleshy and layered, with a concentrated core of fruit, powdery tannins and a saline finish, it was cropped at 14 hectoliters per hectare.
