The “Es Chezots” are really unique in Marsannay, typical of the combe climate, with cooler temperatures, the ripening is slower but always complete. It is a dynamic wine, not really fruity, it is rather floral (peony) and spicy (white pepper), with this grain of very energetic tannins.
