Tart cherry, strawberry and floral flavors highlight this supple red. There’s plenty of flesh to offset its structure, but overall this displays a sense of elegance and excellent balance, with a long, iron-tinged aftertaste to cap it all. Shows terrific intensity and aging potential. Best from 2029 through 2048.
