There is both a lovely sense of underlying tension and fine detail to the delicious middleweight flavors that culminate in a youthfully austere and slightly lean finish. It’s hard to say with certainty whether the leanness is accentuated by the recent bottling so this may flesh out with a few years of cellaring.
