87-89 Firm reduction dominates the fruit at present. Otherwise, there is excellent intensity to the medium weight flavors though there is so much gas present that it hardens and shortens the finish. There is no evident reason that this shouldn’t harmonize once it’s prepared for the bottling, but it is tough to read today.
