Plush, evoking butterscotch, vanilla, clove and nutmeg top notes wrapped around a core of peach and apple flavors. Firms up on the finish, but a year or two in bottle should help this find equilibrium. A smoky mineral element adds depth. Best from 2021 through 2027. 100 cases imported.

Of all the white wine grape varietals, surely the one that has spread the furthest and is most widely appreciated is Chardonnay.
