Aged 18–24 months in used brandy casks, this unusual anejo bottling has a vibrant honey hue and bold, dessert-like flavors that suggest vanilla and custardy flan layered over a smoky core, finishing long with fig and raisin richness. A flicker of smoke around the edges reminds that this is mezcal, not Cognac.
